  • BY TRAIN

    Make your way to Central Station. Catch a light rail service to Moore Park on the L2 Randwick Line or L3 Kingsford Line to get within a short walking distance of Hordern Pavilion. Light rail services leave from Chalmers Street and bring you to the Moore Park stop which is located on Anzac Parade just north of Lang Road.

    BY BUS

    The following regular route buses run from the city and make stops along Anzac Parade:

    • Routes 338, 374, 376 & 391 depart from Eddy Avenue stand C. Alight at the first stop on the bus roadway at Moore Park.

    • Routes 372, 393 & 395 depart from Eddy Avenue stand C. Alight at the first stop on Anzac Parade.

    BY LIGHTRAIL

    Catch a light rail service to Moore Park on the new L2 Randwick Line to get within short walking distance of the Hordern Pavilion. The Moore Park stop is located on Anzac Parade just north of Lang Road. Services run regularly between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station, Chalmers Street from 5am until 1am on weekdays and weekends.

    BY TAXI / RIDESHARE

    The Entertainment Quarter operates a managed taxi rank within the site from Errol Flynn Boulevard. Rideshare operators such as Uber can pick-up and drop off patrons on Errol Flynn Boulevard and Driver Avenue when no major stadium events are underway resulting in precinct road closures.

    BY CAR

    Located just 50 metres from the venue, the EQ has a 2,000 spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00am to 2.00am, 7 days a week. Updated parking rates can be found here 

    Please check for major event road closures and major event car parking rates if planning to come by car.

  • Unfortunately there are no pass outs for our events.

  • No, but footwear is required. Thongs are discouraged.

  • Yes, there is a cloakroom as you enter the venue – cost per item is $3. Note If you have a backpack or bag bigger than 30cm x 30cm, it will need to be cloaked before entering the venue and cannot be re-accessed until leaving the venue. Please see entry guards for size guide. On collecting cloaked items please be patient as there may be delays depending on the volume of items checked at the event.

  • Everyone deserves to experience live music and we’re constantly working on ways to improve the festival to create an accessible and inclusive environment.

    • The main toilet block areas at this event all include disabled access toilets.

    • A drop off area is located outside the main entrance for each event.

    • First Aid medical are located on site for the duration of the event.

  • If you hold a valid National Companion Card and purchase a General Admission ticket to Electric Gardens, you will receive a complimentary ticket for your companion or carer. Please reach out to info@electricgardens.com.au after you have purchased your GA ticket and include the following:

    • A copy of your valid National Companion Card

    • Your location & ticket order number

    • The email address you used to buy the ticket

    • The full name of your companion

  • 18+ Photo ID
 – Electric Island is an 18+ event. Please bring a valid photo ID.



    Credit/Debit/Phone Wallet – We’re 100% cashless and 100% tap and go!
    So bring your cards and phone wallets because you won’t be able to spend any cash.

    Empty Plastic Water Bottle – 
Always stay hydrated! You can bring in your own plastic water bottle to fill up at the free water stations around site. Make sure it’s completely empty when you enter the event.

    Backpack or Bag
Bags must be no larger than 20cm x 30cm, which is around the size of an A4 piece of paper.

    Sun lotion, Skincare & Makeup (under 110ml and in plastic) – 
Any liquids over 110ml or any glass will be disposed of at the front gate so if you need to bring products to protect or touch up your skin, make sure they are in small, plastic containers.

    Small Still or Film Cameras (or just your fancy ass phone camera) 
- Small still or film cameras are totally fine, but any professional still cameras or video and audio recording devices – including GoPros and drones – aren’t allowed in.

    Sanitary items – 
Tampons, pads and menstrual cups are all allowed into Electric Gardens. If you haven’t brought any in but end up needing some once you’re inside the event, our first aid partners will have free sanitary items available to you! You’re able to dispose of these inside the toilets on site.

  • Terms of sale state that there are no refunds available however you can pass your ticket onto a friend to use. Name changes are not required.

    You can also use ‘Tixel’ –  reselling platform – to resell your ticket.

  • Tickets can be purchased 10 tickets in one transaction

    Do I need to print my ticket? 

    Not if you don’t want to.

    Simply show the PDF ticket attached to the confirmation email or add the ticket to the Wallet on your phone.

  • The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets will be attached as a PDF file you can print. Can’t find them, Please contact us prior to the concert and provide the following details; Name & contact number of the person who booked the tickets. If you realise you have lost your tickets on the day of the show then please head to the box office and speak with a Ticketek Representative. You will need to present your ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.

    There is a $10 lost ticket fee.
